Angela Sun

Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County, CA on 19 October 1979. She is an American journalist and sportscaster. She is also a documentary film maker and TV presenter. She was born on the 19th of October, 1979 in Santa Clara County of California Angela Sun is an Award-Winning Journalist, Sportscaster and actor. She holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Communications from the University of California. Sun was a pro at surfing. She was a participant in numerous professional-am surfing competitions, which helped her get sponsorships by brands such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. She was launched into entertainment because of the recognition she earned. Later, she became a filmmaker of investigative films and journalist as well as a sportscaster. Sun was an anchor on newscasts for a variety of channels. In 2003 she worked as an anchor with Fox Sports Net. In 2012 she hosted American Ninja Warrior with Matt Iseman & Jonny Moseley. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute during 2014. She is the only Asian-American to ever appear in the ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun's acting talents have brought her the attention of her peers. Her roles include Goliath (2016, Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009) Shackled, Street Kings 2008 and Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004. Sun produced and directed Platic Paradise, The Great Pacific Garbage Patch in 2014.
