She was best known for her role as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders as well as for playing the character of Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. Her family has given her three brothers. She was a teenage singer who performed in clubs and hid from home for the sake of performing. She studied acting from her 13th birthday at Wooster School.
